General Information
The Society are members of the Angling Times/Van Den Eynde Clubman Scheme and submit results for each of the matches.

The Matchman of the Year Series

The Society runs a series of twelve championship matches between June and the end of October to decide the Society's Matchman of the Year. The matches, which are for club members only, are held on a variety of venues including Goodwins Pool,  the Macclesfield Canal, Knypersley Reservoir and the Trent & Mersey Canal. An anglers' 10 best results from the 14 matches count towards their final points total. The draw for all these matches is 9am, with fishing between 10am and 3pm

This series is held during June and July.
This series is open to club members only.

The draw is at 6:30pm with fishing between 7pm and 9:30pm (or earlier depending on conditions).

A series of matches are held in the spring and  summer.
These matches are used to raise funds for the activities of our junior section and are open to non-members.
The draw for all these matches is at 9am with fishing between 10am and 3pm.
